  • Discriminate against applicants based on protected characteristics (race, gender, religion, etc.)

2.2 Harmful Content

  • Post or share content that is hateful, threatening, or harassing
  • Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • Share misleading or false information in property listings

2.3 Abuse of the Platform

  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent limits
  • Use automated tools to submit fake applications
  • Scrape or harvest user data from the platform
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
  • Spam other users through the messaging system

2.4 Technical Abuse

  • Attempt to bypass rate limits or security measures
  • Interfere with the Service's infrastructure
  • Reverse engineer or decompile the Service

3. Landlord Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and truthful property listings
  • Comply with fair housing laws and non-discrimination requirements
  • Respond to applicant inquiries professionally
  • Handle applicant data in accordance with applicable privacy laws

4. Applicant Responsibilities

  • Provide truthful and accurate information in interview responses
  • Maintain only one account per person
  • Communicate respectfully with landlords

5. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who violates this policy, including:

  • Warning the user
  • Temporarily suspending access
  • Permanently terminating the account
  • Reporting to law enforcement
