1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Replio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Replio is a platform that helps landlords and property managers streamline the tenant screening process through automated interviews, applicant tracking, and messaging. The Service includes web-based tools accessible at replio.info.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Submit false or misleading information in interviews or applications
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or overload the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users through the messaging system

5. Paid Plans

Certain features require a paid subscription. By selecting a paid plan, you authorize Replio to charge the applicable fees to your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

  • Prices are listed in USD and exclude applicable taxes.
  • You may cancel at any time from your account settings.
  • Refunds are provided at our sole discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Replio and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create (interviews, property listings, etc.) but grant us a license to host and display it as part of the Service.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Replio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
